Dough:

400 g wheat flour

200 g sugar

125 g fat yogurt every 2-3%

50 ml vegetable oil



2 eggs

1 h. l. baking powder

vanilla

Filling:

1 banana

1 peach

1 apple

Connect vanilla, sugar and eggs, beat, add vegetable oil and yogurt.

Combine the flour and baking powder, stir in the weight of the yogurt, mix the batter too.

Cut into thin slices of fruit.

Form for baking grease, pour part of the test, put a layer of fruit, pour another layer of dough, again a layer of fruit and so on until the end of the form, the latter must be the dough.

Preparing yoghurt and fruit cake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes before serving sprinkle with powdered sugar or decorated with whipped cream, fruit instead you can use any of these.
