Fruit cake
4 egg protein
150 g sugar
100 g walnuts
1 a tablespoon of flour

1 teaspoon baking powder
Preheat oven to 180. Beat egg whites with sugar, then add flour powder for baking, and walnuts and mix well.
Pour the batter into the pan with parchment paper.
Bake for about 15-20 minutes.
Cool. Remove the cake from the mold.
For the filling of the cake:
500 ml heavy cream for whipping
1 pack stabilizer for whipping cream
1 package / 7G vanilla sugar
Powdered sugar to taste
250 grams of fresh or frozen cherries
250 g pineapple diced, fresh or canned
Whipped cream for decoration
Mix whipped cream with vanilla sugar and powdered sugar and cherry.
Put on the cake. Garnish with pineapple. Refrigerate at least half an hour. Before serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
