Crackers in Italian
175 g flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
100 g butter
1 tablespoons cream 22%
1 tablespoons sundried tomatoes chopped
1 tablespoons chopped olives
1 tablespoons oregano
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
Sift the flour and mix with baking powder, sugar and salt, chopped into chips by adding cold butter.
Add to batter olives, tomatoes, oregano and cream, quickly knead the dough, roll it into a ball, remove an hour in the cold.
Roll out the dough into a thin layer, cut into squares.
Cook crackers in Italian at 200 degrees for 12 minutes in the oven.
