Potato pie with cheese
For the base:
800 g Potato
2 eggs
4 Art. l. flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
4 Art. l. mayonnaise
1 h. l. salt
1 h. l. baking powder
For the filling:
300 g cheese
50 g butter
2 eggs

Potatoes well washed, boiled in their skins, allow to cool, then peel and twist in a meat grinder.
Add potato mixture eggs, leavening agent, flour and half of mayonnaise, salt and whip until uniform.
Mash the cheese and mix with eggs, herbs and melted butter.
Take a short form, smear it with oil, put half of the potato dough, flatten with wet hands, then put the stuffing evenly, stepping 1-1.5 cm from the edges, top with the rest of the dough, smooth.
Grease the cake on top of the remaining mayonnaise.
Baked potato with cheese pie at 220 degrees for about 40-50 minutes, after which time the heating of the oven turned off, lift the door and leave the cake in the oven for another 20 minutes, you can serve both hot and cold.
