Cake "South"

Ingredients:

300 g sour cream

1/2 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. soda

100 g butter

260 g wheat flour

500 g prunes

200 g sugar

cream oil

From sour cream, flour, oil, baking soda and salt, knead the dough. Vypekite 6 cakes: 4 thin and 2 thick.

Thin cakes will raskroshite, thick will proselyte filling. Place the cake on the night under the press, then decorate the top and sides with oil cream.

For the filling cooked prunes mince, add sugar, crushed thin cakes and half the norm of the cream.
