Cake "Holiday"

Ingredients:

100 g butter dough - and cream - 300 g

4 egg - eggs

200 g sugar - and cream - 300 g

1 Art. l. sour dough - and cream - 500 g

1/2 h. l. soda hydrated

200 g wheat flour
some flour to choose? we'll show

500 g prune

100 g chopped walnuts

To test the oil rub with egg yolks and sugar, add sour cream, soda and flour. Knead the dough and Bake three cakes.

Cream steamed and stoned prunes mince. Whisk oil with 100 grams of sugar. Sour cream and whisk with 100 grams of sugar. Both masses connect, add nuts and prunes.

Sandwich the cakes with cream, top with whipped grease cake with 100 grams of sugar egg whites.
