Cake "Chaos"
Ingredients:
200 g sour cream pastry - and thick cream - 500g
150 g sugar
260 g wheat flour

1/4 tsp. soda
250 g raisins
250 g prunes
250 g dried apricots
30 g butter
100 g the peeled nuts
Steamed raisins, prunes and dried apricots miss separately through a meat grinder.
Cold whisk sour cream with sugar, add flour and soda, knead the dough. Divide the dough into three parts.
Each part of the dough roll in the very thickness of 3-4 mm, cover one type of fruit mass and roll in the roll. Bake on a greased baking tray at 200 �C until Golden brown. Cool.
Cut rolls crosswise slices 2 cm thick, place the dish in the form of slides, pour whipped with sugar sour cream and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
