Cake "Pink clouds"
Ingredients:
3 PCs egg
5 PCs egg white
5 PCs pears
1 glass walnuts kernel
1 glass the peeled almonds
1/3 glass sugar
3/4 glass powdered sugar
1/2 glass semolina
1/2 glass jam
2 tbsp. juice cranberry
2 tbsp. sour cream
1 tbsp. margarine
1/4 tsp. soda
Grind the powdered sugar with the egg yolks, enter semolina, sour cream and leave to swell for 40 minutes.
Add nuts, soda, egg whites and chopped pears, stir, put in greased with margarine shape and bake at 180 �C.
For air masses whites are beaten with the sugar in a lush lather, adding cranberry juice.
The cooled sponge cake cut into two parts, to impregnate jam, sprinkle with finely chopped toasted almonds, cover pink air mass and put on for 1 minute in a preheated oven.
