Apple cake
Ingredients:
1 kg apples
250 g wheat flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
1 Salt - a pinch
150 g sugar
150 g butter
1/2 h. l. Ground cinnamon
1/2 h. l. baking powder to the dough dough
1/2 glass cream cake - and whipped cream for decoration
Mix the flour with salt, 50 g sugar, cinnamon, baking powder and butter roll in a bowl and soak in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Then roll out the dough, put in a form nakolite a fork and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
Mix the cream with the eggs and remaining sugar, add 2-3 apples, peeled and chopped into small pieces. The resulting mass lay at the base of the cake baked, lay on top of the remaining apples, seeded and sliced.
Bake in the oven at 180 � C for about 30 minutes.
Ready cake cool and complete with whipped cream.
