500 g cream (fat content 30%)
420 sugar
300 g chocolate glaze
270 g sour cream
220 g starch
200 g condensed milk

130 g wheat flour
130 g chopped walnuts
Prepare a sand cake mix of flour, starch, soda, sour cream, margarine and sugar. Cover the surface with a layer of boiled condensed milk with toasted walnuts.
Then cover the cake with a layer of cream whipped cream with sugar.
To decorate the cake Barcelona chocolate glaze.
