Pancakes Aurinko
Varieties of cereal porridge fast food in supermarkets now a huge amount. It is convenient, fast, tasty and nutritious. On one of these packages cereals I noticed a rather interesting recipe oladushek. The result of me and my family so much, that I hasten to share it with you. Preparing such Pancakes not as fast as porridge, but the effort is worth the result!
Ingredients:
- 1 glass Millet flakes
- 3 cup wheat flour
- 1 egg
- 5 glasses water
- 6 g dry yeast 20 g fresh or
- 2 Art. l. sugar
- 1 h. l. salt
- vegetable fat
Approximate cooking time: 3 hours.
Method of preparation:
Millet flakes is metered, pour into a saucepan, pour three cups of boiling water.
Ship on fire and boil for three minutes, set aside until cool.
To get an array of add flour, egg, one cup of water, all mixed thoroughly. Put salt, sugar and yeast, knead again all dough cover with a towel, leave in a warm place to approach.
Half an hour later, pour a glass of very hot water, but not boiling water. Mix, 10 minutes start to bake pancakes. Lubricate the pan before each batch of pancakes with vegetable oil.
Served with sour cream, vegetables and herbs, or any other your favorite sauce. I wish you all good appetite and new discoveries in the kitchen!
