Fennel tea

1 tbsp. Fennel seeds

1 glass Hot water;

Fennel seeds pour hot water and infuse for two hours, then strain and pour into a bottle.

This tea can be given from two weeks of age, it helps to struggle with cramps in the tummy of the baby.
