1 kg fish
3-4 potatoes
1 parsley root
1 onions
1 carrots
1-2 tbsp. butter
dill and parsley
salt
Put finely chopped carrots and onion for 10 minutes in the pan.
Blender chop the fish fillets boneless.
Water, bring to boil, put the fish, add the chopped potatoes and onions with carrots, all other ingredients, except greens, salt and cook on medium heat for about 30 minutes
When applying ear children dressed with parsley and dill.
