Australian fruit cake
450 g various fruits
160 g butter
what kind of oil to choose? we'll show
1 glass sugar
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 glass 2 flour
1 teaspoon dry yeast
Washed prepared fruit, butter, sugar, and spices, put in a pan, pour a glass of water and boil for 10 minutes.
Cool down and add the baking soda and beaten eggs, then pour the flour mixed with the dissolved yeast and all mix well. The mould with a diameter of 20 centimeters lined oiled parchment paper, spread it cooked a lot and at a moderate temperature, bake the cake for 1 hour.
Cake cut on the second or even the third day.
