Pancake cake with ice cream
250 g pancake dough
250 g strawberry ice cream
250 g lemon ice cream
250 g cherry ice cream
180 g strawberry
Bake the dough 7 thick pancakes.
Ice cream leave at room temperature.
On the first attempt to lay out half melted cherry ice cream, cover with the second, put half of the lemon ice cream, on the third pancake put half of the strawberry ice cream, repeat.
Cover pancake cake with ice cream last pancake and decorate the cake with strawberries.
