Jam "Magic"
3 kg squash / pumpkin
3 kg sugar
1 kg dried apricot / plum
1 kg oranges
4-5 lemon (optional)
3 Art. l. 70% vinegar
Clear pumpkin or squash, mince or cut a cube.
Vinegar diluted in 500 ml of water, pour the pumpkin and leave for 2 hours.
In hot water wash prunes or apricots, twist in a meat grinder, cover with 3 liters of water, leave.
Drain the liquid from the pumpkin, add dried apricots, peeled oranges, sugar and cook until cooked as jam.
Then canning is done as follows: jam "Magic" bottled by banks rolled.
