Jujube plum with orange peels
What you need:
10 kg plums
10 kg sugar
3 glass water
Prepared plums, cut in half, remove seeds. Halves seethe, add water, then hot rub through a sieve.
Orange peel (can be used both fresh and dried) cut into pieces, add to the plum puree and cook it until it thickens.
Put the sugar, stirring occasionally, cook until done (with the spoon should remain groove). Too long to cook marmalade should not be.
Ready marmalade spread out in hot jars, cover with plastic lids. Keep the cold.
