Full-flavored cakes with cherries
500 ml milk

250 g sugar
100 g margarine
50 g compressed yeast
7 glasses flour
3 eggs
3 tablespoons sour cream
2 tablespoons sunflower oil
1/2 tsp salt

For the first sponge combine yeast, 3 tablespoons flour and 1 tablespoon sugar 150 ml milk and leave for 15 min.
For the second sponge combine 2 tablespoons sugar and flour with salt and 350 ml of milk, stir with the first brew - consistency everything should work out like thick cream, leave for 30-40 minutes.
Egg yolks with sugar, melted margarine, sunflower oil, sour cream, whipped 2 proteins and five cups of flour.
Connect prepared ingredients and knead non-stick, flexible, soft dough, leave it to come, then obmyat it and leave to raise again.
Once the dough has risen again, molded cakes of it, laying out each little semolina, cherry filling and sprinkled with sugar.
Before baking cakes coat with egg white.
Bake cakes with cherry muffins in a preheated 170 degree oven for about 20 minutes.
