The cake recipe
120 g butter
what kind of oil to choose? we'll show
2 eggs
1/2 Cup sugar
3/4 Cup flour
1,5 tbsp. cocoa
1 tbsp. milk
1 pinch salt
Glaze:
1/2 Cup powdered sugar
3 tbsp. condensed milk
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. cocoa
Mix the flour and cocoa, add salt.
Butter to soften, beat until smooth with sugar, add eggs one by one, continuing to whisk.
Combine the two mixtures, add milk, stir, pour into a baking dish greased with oil, bake for 30 minutes at 180-200 degrees, cool, without removing from the mold.
Oil for the glaze to melt, add cocoa, minute boil, remove from heat, add sugar, add condensed milk, mix thoroughly, coat with baked pie glaze directly to the form, leave to steep and cool down.
Serves cakes for tea - cut the cooled cake and serve.
