Dessert "Smile Negra"
For the dough:
200 g low-fat sour cream
50 g butter

To prepare the meringue:

1 tsp. lemon juice
To prepare glaze:
3 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. cocoa

Dough: beat the egg yolks with the sugar in a pan, combine sour cream and baking soda, stir to combine with the yolks and other ingredients, mix well, pour the batter into the pan with detachable sides, bake until tender at a temperature of 180 degrees.
For meringue proteins combine the sugar and lemon juice, whisk in the stable foam, put the meringue on the cooled cake, slightly podpisi to grab the meringue.
For the glaze combine the milk with cocoa and sugar, stirring constantly to melt on low heat, add the butter, pour the meringue icing.
Cool dessert "Smile Negra" and serve, cut into slices.
