To prepare the dough:
2 glass flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
200 g cottage cheese
200 g butter
2 egg yolks
1 Art. l. sugar
vanilla on the tip of a knife
baking powder
To prepare the meringue:
2 egg whites
1 glass sugar
1 Art. l. lemon juice
chopped walnuts
powdered sugar
Combine cottage cheese, butter, egg yolks, vanilla and sugar, rub, add flour and baking powder, knead, non-stick dough, remove it in the refrigerator.
Beat the whites with the sugar, add the lemon juice and continue beating until a stable foam.
Divide the dough into 3 balls, each subtly roll out evenly lubricate the meringue and sprinkle with walnuts, roll each roll.
Place the rolls on a sheet, cut each into even slices diagonally, leaving the pieces in place, move them should not be.
Bake roll-meringue cookies at 180 degrees until golden brown.
When the roll-biscuits with meringue cool completely, can be broken into pieces each, then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
