Banana Cake
Dough: half a Cup of milk

2 eggs
1 glass sugar
1 pack of softened margarine
2 glass flour
Impregnation: 0.5 liter banana yogurt
3 tablespoons sugar, optional
Cream: 2 cups milk
3 tablespoons semolina
1 glass sugar
250 g butter
1 kg bananas
beat margarine, eggs and sugar, add milk and stir. Then gradually add the flour, again very good mix. Divide the dough into 2 pieces and bake 2 cakes. Cool them and each impregnated with yogurt. Cook the semolina porridge to cool, mix with sugar and melted butter and beat with a mixer. On-soaked cake put a layer of sliced bananas, coated with cream. Put the second cake, bananas and top cover with cream.
