Pancake cake with banana and strawberries

Dough:

4 eggs

1 glass flour
what kind of flour should I choose? we'll show

1 glass milk

2 tbsp. butter

2 tbsp. sugar

? tsp. salt

Filling:

600 g strawberry

2 banana

1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice

1 tbsp. sugar

Combine flour with eggs, milk, sugar and salt, mix in a blender or slightly beat with a mixer.

Melt in a pan the butter, pour all the batter, bake the omelet covered with a lid, until Golden tint 15 minutes

Strawberries and bananas chopped, add the lemon juice, sugar, stir.

Put the mixture on the dough, sprinkle pancake cake with banana and strawberries with powdered sugar, cut into serving pieces and serve.
