For the dough:

5 eggs

1 glass sugar

1 glass flour

200 g sour cream 25%



200 g butter

1 egg

1 tbsp. brandy

Egg yolks separated from whites. Mix yolks with sugar, proteins whip into a thick foam, combine the yolks, the whites and the flour, stir.

The baking pan greased with oil, bake the cake until ready at a temperature of 180 degrees, allow to cool, cut into 2 sheets.

Combine sour cream, egg, sugar and flour, bring to solidified in a water bath with constant stirring, allow to cool.

Separately whisk the butter, then add sour cream 1 tsp., at the end add in the cream cognac.

Coat the cakes with cream, the top of the cake to decorate red currant.

Before serving, chill the cake "Smorodina" in the refrigerator.
