Cutlets "Hercules"
1 glass oatmeal
1 bouillon cube
1 carrot
1 onion
1 egg
breadcrumbs
salt and herbs to taste
In the cup of boiling water dissolve bouillon cube, pour the oatmeal and cook for 2-3 minutes. Saut in a pan finely grated carrots and onions, place in a pan, add the egg, salt, spices and herbs, mix and shape into patties. Roll cutlets in breadcrumbs and fry on low heat for 7-8 minutes on each side.
