Pancake rolls
Pancake:
1 egg
130 g flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
300 g milk
20 g margarine or butter
oil for frying
Salt to taste
for filling vegetable rolls:
100 g Japonica rice
1 cucumber
1 boiled carrots
1 sweet pepper
1 celery
3-4 pen green onions
wasabi
dill, parsley for decoration
for filling dessert rolls:
100 g cottage cheese
1-2 h. l. berry jam
1 banana
1 orange
Prepare a large thin pancakes (5-6 pieces). Figure boil first 5 minutes over high heat, then another 5 minutes on low, add salt and leave for 5 minutes in a covered saucepan. Mix thoroughly with a wooden spoon rice and place on a plate. Prepare a bowl of water to wet your fingers to work with sticky rice.
Cut the vegetables into thin long slices.
Place the rice and vegetables on the edge of the pancake, grease wasabi.
Roll up tight roll and cut into 2-3 cm thick rolls.
If the rolls are too thick and scattered, their bow tie and decorate with greenery.
For dessert option rolls Mix cottage cheese with jam and vegetables instead of using thin strips of banana and orange slices.
