Chicken with baked potato
600 g chicken - fillet
4 Art. l. vegetable oil
6 pcs. peeled potatoes
1 Art. l. cumin seeds
1 garlic - clove
2 pcs. egg
salt and ground black pepper - to taste

Potatoes, cut into 4 pieces and place on a greased baking sheet. Season with salt, caraway seeds and bake in a preheated 200 � C oven for 30-40 minutes.
Parsley, rinse, dry and chop. Chop the garlic. Whisk the eggs, add the parsley, garlic, salt, pepper and stir. The washed chicken dip in the prepared mixture and fry in oil until golden brown for 5 minutes on each side.
Serve chicken with baked potatoes, issued the greens.
