Chicken stewed with dried fruits
300 g chicken
50 g pitted prunes
50 g dried apricots
1 Art. l. dry white wine
1 glass broth
3 Art. l. butter
5 g tarragon
200 g canned pineapple
1 onions - head
25 g walnuts
salt
Prepared chicken chop into portions, fry in butter, add salt, chopped onions, dried apricots and prunes, pour broth and simmer. At the end of quenching add the wine.
When submitting complete your canned pineapple slices, chopped nuts and herbs.
