Tangerine and chocolate dessert
3 PCs Tangerines
2 egg yolk
100 g bitter chocolate
1 tablespoon hot water
20 ml cream
30 g sugar + 100 g
Tangerine marmalade
Put in a bowl: 10 ml of water,100 g of sugar and slices of tangerines.
Warm up in the microwave 3 times in 2.5 minutes each time, every time stir.
Cut into small pieces
Chocolate mousse
Whisk the yolks and sugar,a tablespoon of water.
Melt the chocolate in a microwave oven.
Whip cream.
Mix all and add slices of tangerines.
Refrigerate for 2 hours.
