Milk jelly with tangerines
1.2 l milk

90 g potato starch
100 g sugar
60 g cranberry
6 pcs. tangerines
Milk to boil, add sugar and chopped dried tangerine peel. Starch dissolve a small amount of cold milk, pour in the hot milk, stir and cook pudding in low kipenii10 minutes. Hot pudding poured into a mold and allowed to cool.
Put jelly in kremanku and decorate it with slices of mandarin and cranberries.
