5 large carrots

200 g veal

2 eggs

1 tbsp. butter

1 tbsp. chopped dill

Large carrots good wash brush, cut in half lengthwise. From each half of the carrots carefully choose the core without damaging the wall carrot "case". Removed the pulp through a meat grinder with uncooked beef, add raw eggs, oil, salt, dill, nutmeg. Knead the mass and stuff carrots. In a small bowl, beat the egg and brush to coat the stuffed carrot egg, fry in butter and then put in a small amount of beef broth (the broth should not cover the whole carrot), boil down to simmer until soft.
