Meat sauce for Moscow
600 g pork
salt
1 onion
4 lemon slices
1 Art. l. sugar
1 glass spicy sauce Moscow
In refractory glass mold put 4 slices of meat, sprinkle salt on each slice to put a portion of lemon, onion. Season with sugar sauce. Drizzle them meat dishes cover. Simmer until tender. Serve with boiled potatoes.
