Pancakes rye
400 g rye flour

3 glass milk
yeast
salt
Sift flour, add 200 grams in a pan, add the yeast and dissolve 1.5 cups of warm milk. Leave in a warm place until morning. In the morning, add hot (but not boiling) milk, flour, salt and baking on a hot pan with oil.
Serve pancakes with caviar on the table, salted salmon, herring, sour cream, butter, jam, jam.
