Cucumbers in pumpkin and apple juice
Brine:
1 l pumpkin juice
300 ml apple juice
50 g sugar
50 g salt
Select small, strong cucumbers. Put them in a basin with running water for 5-6 hours.
Cucumbers get out of the water, dry, pour over boiling water, tightly put in jars.
Thrice pour the hot brine (as in the recipe - cucumbers samosterilizovannye). Hermetically closed.
