Pate Turkey
1 PCs onions
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg -
4 white bread slices
200 ml cream
parsley - to taste
2 PCs egg
1 PCs zucchini
4 PCs sprat (cut)
2 tbsp. capers
Prepared Turkey meat cut into cubes 3 see Spices, herbs, chopped onion, zest mix with the Turkey meat, put in the freezer of the refrigerator for 10 minutes. Cut crust from bread and cut the pulp into cubes, pour the cream, let stand. Parsley chop. Meat chop with a mixer until creamy, gradually add the egg, soaked bread and parsley. Season with salt and pepper. Chopped zucchini, chopped fillets of sardines and capers add to the mass. The meat put in oiled form for a microwave oven, cover and bake for about 15 minutes, then at power level 7 - 10 minutes. The pate can apply tomato sauce and pasta.
