Turkey, fried with cream sauce with raisins
600 g Turkey
2-3 tbsp. fat
1 glass sour cream
2-3 tbsp. raisins
1 tsp. flour

ground cinnamon and nutmeg nutmeg, dill and parsley (parsley), salt - to taste
Turkey, cut into chunks, sprinkle with salt, cinnamon and nutmeg, fry in hot fat. Raisins wash, cook with water (1/2 Cup), add fried with fat and flour, add sour cream, pour the sauce on the meat, simmer for about 40 minutes. Then sprinkle with herbs. Serve with a side dish of fried potatoes and green salad.
