Take the mushrooms, remove the stem and peel the skin. Take a first in flour, then in egg, then in breadcrumbs and fry in sunflower oil.
Sauce: 200 grams of sour cream + finely cut green onions + dill + parsley + garlic + salt + black pepper. Mix everything. The sauce is ready!
