Dumplings Jiaozuo
250 g pork
250 g dill, parsley and other greens
2.5 glass flour

2 bulbs
ginger, black pepper - to taste
Finely chop the meat, onions and herbs, squeeze extra juice and add salt and spices. Prepare the dough from flour and very cold water, roll into a bundle, divide into balls and flatten into pancakes. Put the stuffing in them, and the blind dumplings. Lower the dumplings into boiling water. When the water boils again, add cold water, bring to a boil and remove the finished dumplings.
