Biscuits "Truffle"
200 g dark chocolate
90 g butter

3 eggs
sachet of vanilla sugar
200 g flour
2 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 package of baking powder
100 g powdered sugar
pinch of salt
Melt butter and chocolate over low heat until smooth, stirring constantly. Add sugar, vanilla sugar and mix well to dissolve the sugar. Pour into a bowl. Add eggs one by one and beat well with a mixer after each, about 1 minute. Add flour, cocoa, baking powder and stir well.
Cover the bowl with foil and place in the refrigerator for one hour to solidify the test.
Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper.
