Seasoning of plums
What you need:
1 kg plum
200 g Basil
5 g salt
200 g sugar
100 g the fruit vinegar
Cayenne pepper
Plums cut in half, remove the seeds. Half cook 10 minutes until tender,then wipe.
Puree connect with chopped Basil, salt, sugar and vinegar. A lot bring to a boil and immediately into jars, roll them.
Banks, turning upside down, wrap in a blanket and soak until completely cooled.
