Apricot jam
Ingredients:
1 kg apricots
200-300 g sugar
Apricots are well washed, remove the peel, seeds and portions of no more than 1.5 kg is placed in a wide saucepan. Pour a few tablespoons of water and cook stirring constantly until tender. Then sugar was added in portions and, after the last portion of boiled for about 10 minutes. Pour boiling jam jars to the brim, wrapped a wet towel. Before storage jars wipe with a damp cloth.
