Plum jam
Ingredients:
1 kg Prunes (pitted)
200-300 g sugar
2 Art. l. rum or vanilla sugar or a little ground cinnamon
Washed prunes peeled, remove seeds, pour a few tablespoons of water and cook stirring constantly, until it is completely softened.
