Rice "Day and night" (2)
145 g a mixture of white and wild rice
1/2 glass water - 4
2 tbsp. butter
what kind of oil to choose? we'll show
1 tsp. salt
Mix rice stir into boiling salted water and cook at a low boil until tender. Drain in a colander and rinse with hot boiled water.
Season the rice with melted butter.
When serving the rice out onto a plate, decorate with lemon slices and herbs.
