Turkey roulade with mushroom stuffing
150 g mushrooms
1 bundle of green onions
4 Art. l. vegetable fat
1 kg turkey (breast)
200 g cheese with herbs
4 Garlic - cloves
1 Rosemary - twig
9 Thyme - twigs
Lemon slices for decoration mushrooms and onions chopped and fry in 2 tablespoons oil and season. Meat spread with cheese and mushroom filling. Roll the meat loaf. Stir 2 tablespoons butter with salt and pepper, spread roll. Garlic cut into slices. Cover the loaf slices of garlic and herbs. Wrap the thread. Put meat in a cast-iron pan, pre-rinsing with cold water. Roasting for 60 minutes at 175 degrees. Pull out, slice and garnish with a slice of lemon.
