Turkey breast, baked with cheese and mushrooms
2 breast turkey (300g)
90 g mushrooms (or other timber).
30 g cheese (cheese or the like.)
2 tablespoons olive / butter

Rinse, boil mushrooms, then a little fry in a pan.
Rinse the breasts, pat dry with a paper towel, cut each lengthwise to form a pocket into which you can put the stuffing.
Cut cheese slices, starting pockets stuffed, first put plastic cheese, mushrooms, and then on top of another plastic cheese and pepper, put the chopped parsley and pour breasts with olive oil, wrap with foil.
Preparing turkey breast, baked with cheese and mushrooms, for half an hour in a preheated 190 degree oven.
Served wrapped in foil on plates decorated with parsley.
