Meatballs with turkey and pumpkin
1 kg dark meat turkey
1 kg Pumpkin
100 g Parmesan cheese
2 head onions
1 denticle garlic
1 bundle parsley and dill
4 tablespoons breadcrumbs
2 tsp coarse salt
1 tsp thyme
ground black pepper
Turkey meat to prepare: the skin removing, rinse fillets, grind it into mince, mix with peeled and chopped onion.
Pumpkin peel, rub on a coarse grater, finely chop the herbs, add minced together with thyme, pepper and salt, add the breadcrumbs, cheese (rubbed on a fine grater), stuffing mix well until smooth, cover, remove an hour in the cold.
Blind from minced meatballs, soaking hands in water, put on a greased sheet form or for baking.
Put meatballs with turkey and pumpkin in a preheated 210 degree oven, bake for 10 minutes, reduce the heat to 180 degrees and bake for another 30-40 minutes.
