Meatballs with cashews, bananas and curry
Ingredients:
500 g minced lean pork
1 egg
2 banana
a handful of cashew nuts
1 tsp. curry
salt to taste
vegetable oil for frying
Bananas, peel and mash with a fork. Pour curry, beat the egg and mix thoroughly. In the stuffing mix in the chopped nuts, add the banana-egg mixture, stir until smooth.
Blind meatballs the size of walnuts. Put the meatballs in small batches in hot oil and, presently, fry until Golden brown.
Put in one row on a baking sheet and put it on for 7 minutes in a preheated 180�C oven. Serve hot or cold with fruit chutney.
