Pork with sauerkraut and smoked
400 g pork
150 g Smoked
30 g bacon
60 g lard
100 g onions
salt
300 g sauerkraut
150 g cream
30 g flour

Pork and smoked meat cut into cubes and fry with diced bacon. Finely chopped onion fried in melted lard. On roasted meat laid onion, salt, add water and stew.
