Pork with almonds
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon of burnt sugar
4 the pork ribs
2 tablespoons chopped almonds
350 g frozen chips (semi-finished product for French fries)
lard for frying
salt and pepper
Mix the mustard with sugar and roll pork chops in this mixture. Fry the ribs evenly on all sides, about 12 minutes. Sprinkle with almonds, salt, pepper and a little fry. Fry the chips in pork fat. When the chips are ready, put them on waxed paper to oltuski. Place ribs on a plate and surround them with chips. Submit you with raw vegetables.
