Pork ribs with fern and beans
300 g fern
300 g ribs pork
1 Bank of red beans
2 tbsp. tomato paste
1 onion
1 small carrots
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
salt to taste
black pepper powder
dried Basil
1 Bay leaf

Spaserovat onion, add the grated carrots, tomato paste, put the ribs and slightly fry. Add chopped fern and boiled water to cover the fern and meat. Simmer for 5 minutes. Then add the canned beans, mix well. Add salt to taste, black pepper. Put the Bay leaf and dried Basil. Simmer until cooked. Before serving, you can garnish with greens.
